Ventilated sleeve wheels give a firmer base than inflatable wheels and are well suited to cleaning and preparing sheet metal.

Alternating fins and slots enable this wheel to expand when rotated to provide a firm grip on abrasive sleeves. The slots help keep the surface ventilated and cooler. These wheels fit machines with a 19mm keywayed spindle such as FiniMaster Basic and PTX machines. A wide range of sleeve belts are available, including ceramic for cleaning tough marks like mill scale, various coated abrasives and surface conditioning for brushed and satin finishing.
